Project Preview
GoPato was the first startup to venture into the world of deliveries in Costa Rica. In the early days, they provided and managed their service via WhatsApp. But, while customers, sales, and the amount of new associated businesses (supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants) increased, using that platform became unsustainable.
As a result, the company raised the investment capital to develop the web and mobile app ecosystem to support the service.
My contributions
My goal was to design a platform that can be used by all affiliated stores, which allowed them to effectively access the orders received, check sales summaries, and customize their business profiles.
This app was meant for tablets and mobile devices.
